Wolfpack Outfitters is looking for an outgoing candidate to work as a Technology Sales Associate.
Duties include:
* Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service via phone, email, and in person
* Resolve any customer issues with a smile
* Maintain a legible and organized filing system, communicate effectively with the buyer and full-time staff
* Answer inquiries and take and process orders, use suggestive selling, ring sales, and special transactions
* Assist with hardware and software selections, restock inventory, and maintain the department
* Assist with the delivery of technology support services, including:
DOA (dead-on-arrival) determination, basic troubleshooting, level I triage, and in-store repairs
* Assist, monitor, and service intake and pick-up for our Service partnership is a key job function
* Assist with hardware sales and inventory on hand, product suggestions and reorders, special orders, customer quotes and delivery times, customer orders, and help monitor the security of products on the sales floor and in the stock room
This is an hourly position with a 6 month assignment. There is a mandatory 32-day break at the end of 11 months. Excellent performance during this time may provide an opportunity to renew employment and/or advance.
