As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in Saint Peters, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will bring a reliable, agile, and innovative approach while working as part of a team and acting with integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details through site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution location, including exterior areas, parking areas, trailer yards, loading and unloading zones, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery traffic, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity at the location.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by observing site activity, reporting security-related concerns, and communicating with site contacts regarding access control, property checks, and/or incident response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
