Recruiting Coordinator

Under limited supervision and established policies, procedures, and customary practices, provides support to the Human Resources Recruiting Department. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment. In this position you will help facilitate a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding process and effectively utilize various systems and tools to identify, attract, engage, and hire quality candidates.

This role will work under the direction of the Recruiting Manager and will align and coordinate activities with other HR functions both locally and regionally.

Detailed Description:

  • Provide general support to a team of Recruiters
  • Assist Recruiters with candidate dispositioning, offer creation, and job postings on niche sites
  • Assist with scheduling more complex interviews involving multiple interviewers and/or coordination of candidate travel arrangements
  • Routinely audit company job postings on company careers site and contracted third-party job boards ensuring company standards are met, filled positions are no longer posted and postings are refreshed regularly

  • Produce routine and ad hoc recruiting reports and provide analysis to the Recruiting Manager and, as applicable, to the team to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices

  • Monitor and manage multiple communication platforms including mass texting tools, department email accounts, social media, and ATS Talent Pool communications

  • Maintain and update recruitment process documents and be a resource to Hiring Managers and other HR staff

  • Coordinate events including, but not limited to campus recruiting, military recruiting, single company and multi-company events and job fairs through securing venues, reserving hotel room blocks, planning food, marketing the event, and shipping materials and promotional items
  • Partner with the Marketing Communications team on recruitment marketing efforts including social media content and postings as well as design and development of digital and print marketing materials
  • Initiate and monitor employee relocations in accordance with our relocation policy and be the liaison between our Company and our relocation management vendor
  • Other activities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain required confidentiality and discretion with HR related data and information in compliance with Company policies and legal requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the interpersonal skills necessary to use tact and courtesy when communicating and dealing with visitors, external applicants, outside vendors, college placement offices, and company personnel at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently in a fast paced, high volume work environment
  • Advanced software skills with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Visio

  • Experience promoting jobs on social media, job boards, networking associations and other related sites

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects as assigned with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset to identify, recommend and execute solutions

  • Able to attend offsite events as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1 year of work experience in a professional office environment, preferably in Human Resources, providing administrative and analytical support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Energy Services industry experience
  • Experience working in a complex corporation with multiple subsidiaries and business segments
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred

Additional Details:

Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal exposure to safety or health hazards. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk, and may occasionally lift items (overhead and at waist level) from the floor, bend, and perform tasks requiring frequent near vision, such as reading and using a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.

Occasional travel to other Company offices or field locations may be required, including remote sites under normal operating conditions (day or night, in outdoor hot or cold weather). While in these environments, the employee is expected to properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
