Job DescriptionVisa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a world-class organization responsible for growing all payment flows between businesses and governments, from small businesses to the largest global corporations to government agencies. The North America Hub team is part of VCS and works closely with financial institutions and fintechs to bring payment solutions that meet the needs of growth corporates, large enterprises, multinationals, governments, public sector entities, and small businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the product development and management of a suite of products, encompassing core products such as Fleet, Travel, Purchasing, Virtual Cards, Small Business, as well as new B2B payment offerings and emerging verticals such as Employee Benefits, providing innovative payment capabilities that exceed client expectations. The Senior Director, Head of NA Small Business & Emerging Middle Market (EMM) Product plays a crucial role in innovating and shaping Visa's new B2B payment product offerings and market positioning. The NA Small Business and Middle Market team plays a pivotal role in delivering credit, debit, and virtual card payment solutions to grow payment volume, and to further Visa's position as a market leader and preferred choice for commercial payments. This role is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that accelerate business growth, including the development and launch of Visa's next generation of small business and middle market solutions designed to capture greater spend on the Visa network and/or other Visa money movement assets. The ideal candidate is an experienced senior product leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He/she must have proven experience in SMB Products with financial institutions and fintechs, as well as leading teams to solution and commercialize innovative new products that deliver substantial value propositions to the market. This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills. He/she is creative and hands-on, has a bias towards action and is able to inspire others with his/her vision. This role requires breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in both small business/B2B payments as well as non-card money movement payment systems. In addition to traditional product management experience, the ideal candidate will have prior strategy and/or product development experience in at least one of the following areas: B2B Payments, Commercial Products, Virtual Card, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables systems and/or ERP systems, non-card payment systems and crypto/stablecoin.
