Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing user experience operations and driving tangible impact? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join a pivotal team, where you'll be instrumental in elevating UX excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring user insights are at the heart of every decision. This is an incredible opportunity to self-direct your work, influence cross-functional partners, and leave a lasting mark on critical programs that define the future of user interaction.

As a key contributor, you will take accountability for scoping, planning, and delivering programs that achieve product goals, improve user insights and analytics, and foster organizational effectiveness. You will integrate perspectives on opportunities and risk mitigation strategies across stakeholders to drive OKR alignment, generating program buy-in and momentum. You will develop best practice initiatives and set up tools, programs, and resources to facilitate successful completion of team projects from a user-centered perspective.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* 5+ years of experience strategically identifying opportunities for UX excellence and areas where current priorities may not fully serve users or teams, including inter-program dependencies.

* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement robust strategic planning processes.

* For analytics-focused roles, lead and execute analytical initiatives for large-scale projects, programs, and strategies that directly influence business outcomes.

* Craft compelling business cases and foster partner engagement for continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

* Design and implement measurable, scalable, and repeatable processes and tools to facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and handoffs.

* Ensure the successful outcome of projects by proactively monitoring implementation, providing necessary adjustments, and taking ownership of the final results.

* Contribute significantly to defining, integrating, and reporting key UX metrics, fostering a culture of user-centered development driven by program needs and stakeholder input.

* Establish baselines, track progress, report on, and align cross-functional teams on critical UX metrics.

* For analytics-focused roles, build systems to capture, track, and report UX impact metrics, leveraging data to influence program plans and identify growth opportunities.

* Navigate complex data access challenges and integrate diverse data sources to construct a comprehensive user experience narrative.

* Drive robust collaboration across diverse UX teams, demonstrating the ability to execute with limited guidance and independently manage large working groups, transforming complexity into efficient organization.

* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and partner teams, understanding their objectives to align priorities, foster collaboration, and ensure successful achievement of goals.

* Proactively scope and scale work by building connections and identifying synergies across different teams and areas of expertise.

* Effectively manage complexity throughout the entire UX product lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration among all UX teams.

* Communicate effectively in both formal and informal settings, appropriately challenging ideas and demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience community needs.

* Develop and deliver impactful communications for diverse audiences, including independently crafted narratives and analyses.

* Oversee project deliverables through implementation and post-launch phases, conducting follow-ups and retrospectives to ensure high-quality outcomes.

**Qualifications (Must-Have):**

* Demonstrated proficiency in risk management.

* Extensive experience in UX Program, Project, or Operations management.

* Proven ability to manage meetings effectively and drive productive discussions.

* Strong situational leadership skills, adapting approach to diverse contexts.
