To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

As a key member of the operations team, you will be instrumental in managing the high-volume processing of essential documents. You will contribute to critical daily workflows, ensuring that all outgoing communications are handled with precision and speed. Your efforts will directly support the seamless operation of vital services, making a tangible difference in the daily functioning of the organization and its ability to serve its customers.

What You'll Do:



  • Operate large production-class digital printers for high-volume document creation.
  • Manage the folding and inserting of documents into various envelopes using advanced inserter machines.
  • Accurately verify print jobs against detailed documentation to ensure correctness.
  • Perform all stages of mail processing, including printing, inserting, and postage stamping, within very defined and sensitive timeframes.
  • Communicate completion status effectively to maintain workflow transparency.
  • Handle and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Maintain an active presence, standing and moving throughout the entire shift.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite applications efficiently for various operational tasks.
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet demanding schedules.
  • Ensure the secure and confidential handling of sensitive information.

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • The capability to stand and be physically active for extended periods throughout a full shift.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • A strong commitment to handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.33 to $18.55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
