HowYou'llMake an Impact Lead and oversee negotiating acquisitions, dispositions and leasing across Spectrum properties Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable real estate strategies supporting business goals Participate in strategic business reviews with leadership to align portfolio decisions with organizational priorities Assistin planning and executing real estate solutions that drive operational and cost efficiencies Conduct site visits andmaintainmarket intelligence toidentifyand capitalize on opportunities Build and manage relationships with internal business partners and external brokers, attorneys, landlords and developers Develop and manage relationships with broker partners and third-party consultants supporting Spectrum's real estate initiatives Working Conditions Office environment Some travelrequired WhatYou'llBring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent work experience Experience 5+ years of real estate experience Skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Strong knowledge of corporate real estate principles,policiesand practices Knowledge of GAAP lease accounting Demonstrated financial and quantitative acumen Proven team management and mentoring skills Experience managing external brokerage partners Clear and straightforward oral and written communication abilities Skill in translating complex data for multiple audiences Ability to create and contribute to data-driven presentations Attention to detail and high accuracy Ability to develop andutilizekey performance indicators and metrics Relationship management across all levels of the organization Flexible, personable,collaborativeand team-oriented approach Highly organized with sound judgment Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads Creative problem-solving abilities and integrity Demonstrated responsibility growth Preferred Qualifications 8+ years real estate expereince Commercial real estate experience #LI-JR4 GFR605 2026-72461 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
