Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Join us as a Production Operator in Salem and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Production Line Ready

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and handling materials
• Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
• Exposure to dust, heat, and humidity within OSHA limits

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to produce molds and sub-assemblies
• Perform tasks such as soldering, testing, and packaging as required
• Ensure production meets quality standards and output goals
• Maintain accurate counts and documentation throughout the production process
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations
• Follow all ISO procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency
