    Qualifications: Minnesota license to teach 5th grade.

    Pay Rate/Range: 2026-2027 NEA Agreement BA-$57,4681 - MA40-$95,320

    Responsibilities: The teacher will attend workshop week trainings and professional development days. The teacher will prepare and deliver lessons for math, literacy, social/emotional learning and content based on Minnesota state standards. Candidates will have the ability to co-create and support a positive classroom community based on respect and belonging. The teacher will participate in a collaborative PLC with grade-level teammates. Preference for teachers with training and experience with literacy foundational skills. Family conferences will be held before the school year and during the first semester. Communication will be maintained with families using district technology tools. District assessments will be completed to provide student learning data.
