ROLE OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for assisting staff with organizing, errands, deliveries and other duties.

Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with Saturday as needed. Schedules may vary depending upon weather and customer demand.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES (summary of components that make up the job)

1. Delivery and pick up of parts and vehicles
2. Effectively organize parts and materials
3. Safely operate a Forklift
4. Wash equipment
5. Maintain yard and facility- cleaning and upkeep
6. Occasional travel and overnight stay possible
7. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations.
8. Ability to maintain positive relations with co-workers & act courteous/respectful of others
9. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems
10. Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance
11. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills
12. Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements)

1. Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure and acceptable driving record.
2. General education, grammar and arithmetic, GED or high school diploma or equivalent
3. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

COMPENSATION:

$17.00 - $23.00 depending on experience
