Energy Solutions is looking foran Energy Efficiency Lighting Trade Ally Manager II todeliverenergy efficiency program performancethrough targeted market engagement and outreachinConnecticut.This rolecoordinateswith manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and internal teams to support participation in midstreamlightingand market-facing programs.

The Energy Efficiency LightingTrade Ally Manager II evaluatesmarket feedback and participation data to prioritize outreach, ensure consistent program execution, and address participation barriers. The rolevalidatesprogram requirements and clearly communicates policies and processes to supportaccurate, compliant, and impactful participation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Deliversconsistent outreach and account management activities to assigned trade allies, including manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other market actors, to support program participation
  • Communicates policies and practicesrelated to program requirements, incentive structures, timelines, and submission processes using approved tools and channels (e.g., email, CRM, virtual meetings, and in-person engagements)
  • Coordinatesonboarding and ongoing engagement activities with trade allies, including training on incentive submission processes and portal usage
  • Collaborateswith internal program teams to align outreach activities with program goals, schedules, and performance targets
  • Prioritizesoutreach and engagement efforts based on program needs, participation trends, and account-level performance expectations
  • Troubleshoots moderate problemsrelated to incentive submissions, documentation gaps, program rule interpretation, or participation challenges, escalating complex or high-risk issues as appropriate
  • Validatestrade ally submissions, reported activity, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with program requirements and quality standards
  • Evaluatesrecurring issues or participation barriers and collaborates with program teams to recommend adjustments to outreach tactics or guidance materials
  • Evaluatesprogram participation data, dashboards, and CRM records toidentifyoutreach gaps and support prioritization decisions
  • Validatesaccuracy and completeness of trade ally interaction recordsmaintainedin CRM tools
  • Communicates policies and practicesupdates internally and externally to ensure shared understanding of program changes and expectations



Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or 4 years of equivalent experience
  • 3years of professional experience in energy efficiency programs, supply chain engagement, outreach, sales support, or market-facing roles
  • Experience coordinating with external partners and internal program teams in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Ability to evaluate program participation data and prioritize outreach activities accordingly
  • Experiencevalidatingdocumentation and troubleshooting moderate participation or process issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating program policies and practices clearly
  • Proficiencywith CRM systems and standard office productivity tools
  • Regular local travel withinConnecticutfor outreachactivities (1-2 days per week)



Physical Requirements:



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times



The salary range for this role is $75,000 to 92,000with a target compensation of $79,000- $87,400based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices insix different locations. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.
