Role Overview * Job Title: Customer Service Representative * Start Date: May 4, 2026 * Location: Foothill Ranch, CA * Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote work with local equipment pickup; must be based in Southern California) * Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (PT) What You'll Do * Respond to customer inquiries primarily through email, providing clear, professional, and solutionfocused support * Troubleshoot product installation, warranty, and orderrelated questions with accuracy and attention to detail * Manage order entry and order updates while meeting daily productivity and quality expectations Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred * Strong written communication skills with a professional, customerfocused tone * Comfortable multitasking across systems and navigating online tools (Microsoft Outlook/M365) * High attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of urgency * High school diploma or equivalent Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
