Are you a customer service professional who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and delivering whiteglove support? We're looking for a *Customer Support Specialist* to support a toptier client account where service quality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly matter.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of the account team-supporting fleet operations, assisting drivers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do * Serve as a key support partner to Account Managers who oversee fleet operations * Handle *both inbound phone calls and highvolume customer emails*, providing endtoend support * Assist with vehicle ordering, billing changes, reporting, insurance card distribution, and driver data updates * Support drivers through realworld scenarios (e.g., vehicle impoundment), educating them on proper next steps and future best practices * Make occasional outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve open issues * Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in internal systems and CRM tools * Multitask efficiently while entering customer data in real time * Use internal issuetracking systems (CARE) to manage, track, and resolve customer inquiries * Create vehicle selectors, generate reports, and process account changes using multiple internal platforms * Contact drivers via email to collect missing or incomplete information * Utilize Excel tools (including VLOOKUPs, formatting, and basic pivot tables) to organize and analyze data What We're Looking For Required Qualifications * 2+ years of *officebased customer service experience* * Strong written communication skills with a heavy emphasis on professional email correspondence * Comfortable interacting with customers facetoface via *Microsoft Teams video meetings* * Excellent command of the English language with strong grammar and sentence structure * Highly computersavvy; able to work across multiple systems, databases, and monitors * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (data entry, copy/paste, formatting) * Experience with Salesforce CRM * Excel skills including formatting and basic pivot tables * Typing speed of *40 WPM or higher* * High School Diploma required Skills That Lead to Success * Strong customer resolution and problemsolving abilities * Resourceful, creative thinker who can "connect the dots" * Professional presence and polished communication style * Ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy or service quality *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
