We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Compliance Analyst to join the Ameresco O&M team. This position will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, highlighting potential risks, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Research nationwide laws pertaining to the Labor Compliance Program.

  • Organize and maintain electronic files for procedure documents.

  • Assist with the review and analysis of contractual agreements to identify key compliance requirements, terms, and conditions.

  • Guide subcontractors and O&M personnel through documentation and contract requirements as needed.

  • Conduct site set up procedures on internal databases, including wage determination set up and payroll requirements.

  • Provide administrative support to the O&M group, including word processing, database, training, and spreadsheet activities processing.

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors and external partners.

  • Communicate effectively to assist with the resolution of compliance issues.

  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all CPR, apprenticeship, and related documents.

  • Support monthly audits of O&M personnel and subcontractor payments through Points North and LCPTracker compliance reporting.

  • Facilitate training sessions to educate employees on contract compliance policies, procedures, and best practices as needed.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to contract management and compliance.

  • Make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of contract compliance processes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience supporting large scale construction project contracts involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits on institutional, government, commercial and/or industrial customer sites.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

  • Knowledge of certified payroll reporting and invoicing/reporting to public entity on public works projects is strongly desired.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in contract management software and tools.

  • Experience using Points North and/or LCPTracker compliance reporting software.

  • Experience using AssetPlanner, Salesforce and similar CMMS platforms.

  • Knowledge of the processing of specifications, RFI's, transmittals and the maintaining a submittal register.

  • Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information.

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Project.

  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.

  • Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.

  • Travel may be required.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $29.50 - $43.00 hour (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role.

Actual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. This range supports our commitment to pay transparency and compliance with applicable laws. Compensation may vary by work location, including remote arrangements.
