The Role:

The purpose of the Facilities Manager is to monitor all activities within the Facilities department inclusive of all shifts. Main functions of this job include overseeing/managing staff, maintaining records, performing inspections, and general assurance that the finalities systems are functioning as needed.

Responsibilities:



      • Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as DraftKings at Casino Queen polices and procedures.
      • Direct supervision for all Facility department personnel and outside contractors.
      • Inspections of the facility and grounds and the creation of work orders to correct any items requiring repairs and/or maintenance
      • Work with department engineers on troubleshooting equipment issues and preventative maintenance by having working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
      • Maintaining Facility department records
      • Assist engineers and department as needed.
      • Assist the Director of Facilities with project development and management.



      Qualifications:



          • High School Diploma required
          • Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
          • Ability to extended hours, weekends, and holidays
          • Must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers.
          • Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and basic electric knowledge is required.
          • Previous supervisory experience is required
          • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

          Target Salary Range: $75,000
