Key responsibilities include contract oversight, formulary management, pharmacy benefit development, benefit interpretation, profiling of cost and utilization plan data, provider relations and implementation of programmatic initiatives. B.S. and current unrestricted NY state Pharmacist license are required. Doctorate in Pharmacy also considered. 3-5 years experience in a managed care environment, including experience related to prescription drug benefit administration. Knowledge of pharmacy cost and utilization profiling, coding, PBM contract implementation and oversight as well as strong communication and informatics skills desirable. | |
