** This role is for Oahu residents only * * Administrative Case Support Specialist We are seeking detail-oriented Administrative Case Support Specialists to support case worker augmentation efforts for public assistance programs. This role focuses on high-volume data entry combined with customer service support, helping ensure timely, accurate processing of case information while following established procedures and compliance requirements.This position is well-suited for candidates who are comfortable working with data, can communicate clearly and professionally in English, and enjoy supporting community-focused services in a structured, remote environment. Key Responsibilities: * Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and case updates * Support case workers by reviewing, processing, and maintaining client records * Provide professional customer service via phone and/or written communication * Follow detailed workflows while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity * Meet productivity and quality standards within established timeframes Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Prior customer service and data entry experience required * Strong written and verbal English communication skills * Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working in a remote setting * Must reside in Hawaii Position Details: * 100% remote (company-issued laptop provided) * Targeted start date: June 1 * One-year contract with potential to extend Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
