The Loaner Coordinator plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by coordinating and fulfilling loaner requests from the Field Operations team on behalf of our customers. This role collaborates closely with a crossfunctional team to ensure timely, accurate, and highquality loaner support while consistently working to exceed customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales for Surgical Equipment Repair, the Loaner Coordinator is committed to providing outstanding service and support to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide full coverage during assigned shifts to support loaner requests from the Field teams and customers.
  • Accurately document all loaner requests, fulfillments, and declines.
  • Uses analytical skills to determine appropriate loaner fulfillment by researching and verifying loaner inventory and availability.
    Prepare all required documentation for fulfilled orders, including packing slips and/or shipping tracking labels.
  • Package and ship loaner equipment to the final destination.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the return of loaner equipment from the Field Teams and customers.
  • Process returned loaners, including quality control evaluations, repairs, and customer invoicing when applicable.
  • Adheres to ISO and BSI audit processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements.
  • Restock loaner inventory while maintaining accurate location tracking and inventory counts.
  • Assist with quarterly physical inventory cycle counts of all loaner assets.
  • Actively identify and address issues that may impact service quality or customer satisfaction.
Additional Duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.
Job Requirements and Specifications Education and Experience

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Up to three years of customer service experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of surgical equipment and service capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn companyspecific systems and tools
