WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Will play a crucial part in the migration of site documents into a single source document control system.
  • Play an integral role in our journey to become ISO 9001 Certified across our Centralia, Illinois and Tempe, Arizona sites.
  • Develop and Maintain documentation related to ISO 9001 Certification, the Quality Management System and Document Control.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards through accurate record keeping
  • Conduct document control auditing.
  • Collaborate between multiple departments to develop and document processes accurately.
  • Assist with documentation of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and Customer Complaint interface in Salesforce.
  • Assist in data analysis for internal and external defects and Root Cause Analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

YOU HAVE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
  • Two years of technical documentation experience is required and 5 years in manufacturing is helpful
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and ability to compose and handle quality documents, corrective actions and root cause analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written, organizational, and diligent skills and verbal communication.
  • Capability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
