Position Overview:

Our Oracle EBS (R12) IT Order Management Functional Leadis responsible for all aspects of our Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management application, including fully understanding the capabilities of Oracle EBS R12 Oracle Order management functionalities and Limitations. As part of the Oracle Center of Excellence, this position will play a key role in all Oracle implementations across Regal Rexnord supporting all our customer service locations. This role will also play a very critical role in supporting synergies around customer service, pricing and sales & marketing functions,and will deliver process improvements to the business. This position will work closely with businessleaders as well as otherIT Onsite Functional leaders to ensure strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the application solutions/services.

This is an exciting role for someone with comprehensive Oracle Order Management Functional implementation experience with an eye for detail and a passion to continuously improve knowledge around Order management, Advanced pricing, Quoting and other bolt on applications related to order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, design, plan, configure and deliver effective solutions and configuration within Oracle Order Management, Advanced pricing, Quoting and Configurator functional areas.

  • Mentor other technical team members.

  • Implement and Roll-out Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management, Advanced pricing, Quoting, Configurator and Shipping modules.

  • Lead Oracle projects and Support synergies around Customer service organizations.

  • Mentor, assist team members, work with technical team members to implement solutions.

  • Assist technical team members with data conversations related to oracle order management during implementation.

  • Lead CRP's, SIT and UAT sessions during oracle implementations and effectively report out to leadership team.

  • Analyze data and provide data related insights to the business and IT stakeholders to drive data driven decisions.

  • Lead simplification activities around oracle order management /advanced pricing subject areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 10+ Years Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management ,Oracle advanced pricing, Oracle configurator, Oracle quoting and Shipping modules.

  • 5+ Years of experience in leading CRP, UAT, SIT sessions.

  • Experience as functional lead for at least 3+ Implementation for Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing.

  • Should be proficient in Oracle AIM Methodologies and Should be able to deliver MD50, CV55 BR100 documents.

  • Experience handling customer/sales order conversion functional designs.

  • Proven ability to provide configuration and analysis support for the Oracle R12 (EBS) OM, Advanced pricing, Oracle Quoting module with complete understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Oracle R12 (EBS).

  • Oracle configurator experience is highly preferred.

  • Cross functional knowledge and expertise on oracle WIP, Inventory, Shipping, ASCP, WMS modules.

  • Experience developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing best practice business solutions while meeting multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical audience.

  • Acute attention to detail.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Ability to work closely and effectively with end-users.

  • Proven capability to influence business teams by understanding requirements and describing the standard Oracle business process.

  • Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.

Travel: 20% of time - mostly during project milestones, kaizen or similar events

Language: English
