As aMajor Gifts Officeryou will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing major gifts of $25,000 and above to support organizational priorities, including programs, endowments, capital initiatives, and equipment. This role works closely with grateful clients, philanthropists, and professional advisors to develop meaningful giving opportunities aligned withDove Lewis'smission.TheMajor Gifts Officerpartners with program and medical staff to ensure fundraising efforts support strategic priorities. A successful candidate will have experience engaging high net worth individuals in charitable giving conversations, including comfort discussing estate and deferred gifts.
