Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000 base salary

WOOD Federal is seeking a Capture Operations Analyst to support and drive the front end of our growth engine. This role sits at the top of the business development lifecycle, where opportunities are identified, evaluated, and advanced. You will not be writing proposals. You will ensure the right opportunities move forward-and nothing critical is missed.

Qualifications

    • Experience
      • 3-8 years in federal contracting environment
      • Experience with opportunity research, BD coordination, or capture support
      • Familiarity with federal procurement lifecycle
    • Tools / Systems Experience
      • CRM or tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal trackers)
      • Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
