We invite you to apply for the pivotal role of Head of FM, Security & Sustainability, where you will lead the development and governance of our global Integrated Facilities, Sustainability, and Security strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive operational excellence across FM delivery, sustainability initiatives, and site security, while strengthening vendor governance and contract management with our global collaborators. Global Governance and Strategy

  • Develop and own the global Facility Management strategy, governance, and related processes.
  • Lead global frameworks for sustainability and security, ensuring full alignment with the Real Estate and corporate goals.
  • Define and standardize processes, reporting structures, and continuousimprovement loops for FM, sustainability, and security teams.

Facilities Management

  • Oversee global FM strategy, service delivery standards, and operational governance.
  • Own FM collaborator processes, reporting, and performance management (including KPIs).
  • Serve as the global escalation point for FM service performance issues.
  • Conduct service-level audits and ensure supply chain compliance and quality.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement delivery excellence and cost efficiencies.
  • Lead FM service innovation and best practice deployment globally.
  • Contribute to workplace guidelines and global RE processes.

Sustainability

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with corporate ESG objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce energy use, waste, and environmental impact across all the real estate sites.
  • Manage sustainability metrics, reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability awareness.

Security

  • Establish and govern a global security strategy ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities.
  • Work with the Security Team to oversee security systems, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.
  • Manage security teams, including training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory obligations.

Yo have

  • Knowledge and experience in 3rd party management within a global environment; minimum 10 years' experience.
  • Facility Management & Real Estate experience
  • Strong leadership, innovation mindset, and ability to develop new operational frameworks.
  • Experience managing thirdparty suppliers in a global environment.
  • Strong projectmanagement capabilities with proven ability to develop measurable plans.
  • Expertise in collaboration solutions and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Experience in performance management, including integration of bestpractice collaborator models.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Solid understanding of real estate operations, financial metrics, and productivity measurements.
  • Working knowledge of site operations and collaborator management.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages considered an advantage.
