Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Client & Program Oversight

    • Act as the primary point of contact for hyperscale data center client
    • Manage multi-site / multi-region programs, ensuring consistency across all facilities.
    • Align program delivery with client standards, compliance needs, and SLAs.


  • Program Governance

    • Develop and enforce standardized processes for design, installation, commissioning, and service across sites.
    • Track and report on KPIs: budget adherence, on-time delivery, quality metrics, and safety.
    • Manage risk registers, escalation paths, and mitigation strategies.


  • Project Coordination & Resource Management

    • Ensure proper staffing ratios (PMs, engineers, technicians) across regions.
    • Coordinate with supply chain to prevent material delays and ensure vendor accountability.


  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Coordinate with Account Executives, Project Managers, engineers, and technicians to deliver integrated security solutions.
    • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Lead project review meetings, providing status updates and action plans.


  • Financial Management

    • Own program-level P&L, revenue forecasts, and margin targets.
    • Manage change orders, billing milestones, and cash flow tracking.
    • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client footprint.


  • Compliance & Standards

    • Ensure solutions meet security, safety, and regulatory requirements (UL, NFPA, PCI, HIPAA, ISO, SOC 2, etc.).
    • Maintain alignment with data center client security standards (perimeter, access control, video surveillance, monitoring).
    • Oversee test & inspect programs to ensure life-safety compliance.


  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management

    • Serve as the strategic partner to client stakeholders (security directors, DC operations, real estate, construction managers).
    • Align integrator resources with client roadmaps (buildouts, expansions, retrofits).
    • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with performance reporting and strategic recommendations.


  • Continuous Improvement

    • Drive lessons learned across projects to enhance efficiency.
    • Leverage technology platforms (BIM, PMO tools, service ticketing systems) for consistency and transparency.
    • Champion standardization of designs, product sets, and deployment models across regions




Basic Qualifications:



  • High school diploma
  • 2 years' experience within this space. Strong knowledge of Data centers and AI
  • Ability to lead local and remote teams
  • Effective Communication with both local and remote teams through regular meetings, emails, and project management tools
  • Use of Collaboration Tools: Leverage tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Trello to facilitate communication and information sharing among teams
  • Strong team builder
