Join our team as a Property Accountant! Are you a detail-driven accounting professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and managing multiple priorities? We're looking for a Property Accountant to join our corporate team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of properties. What You'll Do Prepare complete, accurate, and timely monthly financial statements and supporting reconciliations for a portfolio of 15-25 properties Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with cash management recommendations Support property teams with financial reporting, bad debt analysis, and expense control strategies Assist with tax reporting including sales/use, personal property, and other required filings Partner with internal teams and external auditors on year-end audits and financial reporting requirements Contribute to internal audits, special projects, and process improvements What You'll Bring Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills RealPage experience preferred Property accounting or real estate experience would be a bonus!
