Senior Manager, Visual Storytelling

As Senior Manager of Visual Storytelling on the Communications and PR team, you'll transform the business, culture, and impact that define modern manufacturing at Niagara into visual stories that resonate across audiences and platforms. You'll produce and deliver content for internal and external channels, including: social media, digital, executive communications, and live events that make complex operations feel immediate and clear. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring both creative vision and operational discipline, partner naturally across teams and understand that the right visual story drives engagement, builds trust and supports business continuity. You bring genuine passion for storytelling and a deep curiosity about the business, always digging to understand how things work, because the best stories come from the inside out. We're looking for someone who leads through our Niagara LIFE tenets (values) and mission, with a strong track record of consistently creating and delivering impactful storytelling in di erent ways and mediums. That means:

1. Lead end-to-end visual storytelling across large-scale events, brand stories, executive communications, and business priorities from strategy and concept through to premium execution.

2. Build cross-functional alignment throughout the creative process, partnering across Marketing, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Sustainability to surface story ideas that are grounded in the business and land with impact.

3. Leverage and build on the full range of communications platforms and formats, including digital, social, owned channels, and emerging trends, matching the right visual medium and message to each audience.

4. Own and maintain a scalable content library, ensuring all creative assets are organized, properly archived, and easily accessible across teams.

5. Craft captions, scripts, and story concepts that are sharp, on-brand, and created to perform through the integration of messaging strategy seamlessly across every platform and format.

6. Work closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to create content that builds understanding, reinforces trust, and supports business continuity.

7. Own and continuously evolve Niagara's corporate visual narrative, ensuring every piece of content reflects the company's strategy, values, and long-term vision.

8. Play a key role in operationalizing world-class visual communications at Niagara, setting the standard and building the capabilities that make great storytelling a business advantage.

We'd love to hear from people with:

* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in visual storytelling, filmmaking, photography, or brand content creation

* Strong proficiency in editing tools, including Premiere Pro and After E ects, and native social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and CapCut, with deep knowledge of platform algorithms and analytics tools

* Working knowledge of lighting, audio, and on-location production

* Experience shooting across a range of environments, from controlled studio settings to active operational sites

* Demonstrated ability to take a story from concept to delivery: storyboarding, filming, editing, and final output.

* Clear understanding of how storytelling works across platforms, especially social and digital channels.

* Natural collaborator who is curious, adaptable, and able to work independently when needed, always growing and evolving as a storyteller.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
