We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Building Maintenance Person position in Wichita, Kansas, Monday - Friday, 08:00 to 16:30. Wages will be based upon knowledge and experience.

Building Maintenance Person - A successful candidate must have at least four years experience in maintenance of buildings and building systems as an HVAC technician. They must be capable of troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems and possess knowledge/experience to install, inspect, dismantle, repair, adjust, and reassemble all manner of building equipment and furnishings. This includes equipment such as HVAC systems, digital controls, wiring, motors, pumps, plumbing, boilers, cooling towers, etc. They shall have the ability to plan and work unsupervised and recognize the impact their decisions and performance have on their customers. Must be EPA certified as a Universal technician as required by 40CFR, part 82, subpart F.

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of OSHA safety rules and have good work practices.
• Must have ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must have proven building maintenance experience with an excellent work record, including attendance.
• Must be able to travel and maintain flexible work schedule as required by work load or operational requirements.
• This position requires a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Selected applicants will be required to pass a 7 year background check, become NERC qualified, and will be required to pass a physical and drug screen.
• Must have basic computer skills and experience with building control and/or refrigerant software.

• This position acts as a team member that works directly with customers and requires a professional attitude and communication skills.
