The Operations Intern will work directly with site Operation leaders to strengthen how operation performance is measured, analyzed, and improved across all shifts and sites. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world operations in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), data analysis, and continuous improvement. The intern will assess current quality metrics, gather frontline feedback, analyze trends and root causes, and help translate insights into prioritized, high-impact improvement initiatives. By the end of the internship, the intern will have contributed measurable improvements while developing analytical, critical thinking, and Operations skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned. Conduct employee surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions Analyze feedback to identify trends related to engagement, recognition, and communication Summarize findings and present insights to leadership Complete an employee engagement feedback analysis Develop a Culture Engagement Toolkit for Operations leaders Create at least five (5) actionable engagement and recognition ideas Present final recommendations to Operations leadership Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all job functions. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors or project leads. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
