Are you a master orchestrator of details, a proactive problem-solver, and a communication wizard? We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team, partnering with a prominent automotive retail client to elevate their event and co-marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of critical projects, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed and every deadline is met. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing brand visibility, streamlining operations, and fostering strong vendor relationships.

This role is for a fractional PM, meaning the hours will vary depending on the events on the schedule. Please only apply if you are open to hours ranging between part-time & full-time. Additionally, you'll need to be available to meet at their office in Midtown as needed.

**What You'll Do:**

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing diverse projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment across all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

* **Event Coordination & Logistics:**

* Coordinate all logistical aspects for regional events, including "booth in a box" deployments, apparel shipping, and managing timelines for event assets such as social media posts, emails, and auctioneer scripts.

* Oversee the delivery of sponsorship value-add deliverables like digital advertisements, brochure inserts, and logo submissions.

* **Co-Marketing & Auction Support:**

* Provide essential project management support for timed auctions and vendor co-marketing campaigns, focusing on timeline ownership, deliverable tracking, and successful delivery, leveraging existing creative assets.

* **End-to-End Project Management:**

* Take full ownership of assigned projects from inception to completion, developing comprehensive plans, timelines, identifying dependencies, and defining key milestones.

* **Risk Management & Problem Solving:**

* Monitor project progress, meticulously track potential risks and issues, and proactively identify and escalate blockers to ensure smooth execution.

* **Facilitation & Communication:**

* Lead and facilitate project kickoffs, daily stand-ups, and status meetings to maintain momentum and clear communication.

* Champion alignment among stakeholders on project priorities, critical deliverables, and strict deadlines.

* Deliver clear and concise updates to all stakeholders, maintain accurate status documentation and briefs, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong background in project management, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While specific certifications are not required, a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish is essential.

* Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, timeline development, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking.

* Proficiency in identifying, tracking, and proactively surfacing project risks and issues.

* Experience facilitating project meetings such as kickoffs, stand-ups, and status updates.

* Ability to drive alignment among diverse stakeholders on project priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills for providing concise stakeholder updates and maintaining project documentation.

* A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement workflow enhancements.

* Experience coordinating event logistics and managing asset timelines is highly valued.

* Familiarity with supporting co-marketing initiatives and managing vendor deliverables.
