We're looking for a detail-driven Welder I/Precision Assemblerwho takes pride in producing high-quality work and keeping operations running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving, working with precision tools, and being part of a team that values accuracy and accountability, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Work from technical drawings and detailed work instructions to produce high-quality parts
  • Set up and operate equipment while maintaining optimal operating conditions
  • Troubleshoot and make minor machine and tooling adjustments to meet performance and quality standards
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, leak-check equipment)
  • Perform visual weld inspections and coordinate further dimensional checks when required
  • Monitor and maintain quality using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other data-driven methods
  • Accurately complete labor transactions and production tracking using computer system

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience with measuring instruments and basic inspection techniques
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence making minor equipment adjustments
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
  • A proactive mindset-you speak up when something doesn't look right

What You Have

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • No Experience necessary -we'll train you!
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus
  • Strong hand-eye coordination

Hourly Rate Range: $ 22.00 - $27.00 per hour. with a 15% 2nd shift differential, Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
