HOgan Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Remote position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

This role will focus on the Hogan Installment Loans platform, working closely with business and technology teams to support data analysis, requirements gathering, and system enhancements. This position is a critical backfill for a senior team member and will require strong domain expertise to ensure continuity and effective knowledge transfer.

W2 pay rate: $60-64/hour

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and priorities
• Develop detailed source-to-target mappings and data mapping documentation
• Perform data analysis within the Hogan Loans environment
• Write and execute SQL/DB2 queries for data validation and analysis
• Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement and user story development
• Partner with SMEs and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Hogan Installment Loans
• Mainframe experience
• Strong experience with source-to-target mapping, data mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering/documentation
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with DB2
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Desired skills:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Experience working in Agile environments (user stories, backlog refinement, etc.)

Pay range: $58 - $59 per hour
