Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire (Booneville, MS)

Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule (Every Other Weekend Off)

Pay: $27.59-$35.42/hr + 10% Shift Differential

Overview

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Booneville, MS. This role supports plant operations by performing industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and electrical skills and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on plant equipment
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and repairs quickly and safely
• Conduct routine rounds on compressors, chillers, pumps, electrical systems, and production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, filters, oil changes, motor/pump replacements)
• Support hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs (up to 480V), welding, and fabrication tasks
• Maintain accurate work orders using SAP and Fiix CMMS systems
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with all plant safety standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• 2+ years industrial maintenance or extrusion experience preferred
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors
• Ability to use CMMS systems (SAP/Fiix)
• Must have own hand tools
• Ability to work overnight shift schedule
