We'd love to meet you if you:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and parts documentation preferred
• Experience with ERP systems or order entry software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and support portal
• Verify customer accounts using serial numbers and registration data
• Assist customers with machine registration and account setup
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM/customer service system
• Use technical documentation (part lists, assembly drawings, electrical diagrams) to identify parts
• Provide quotes, pricing, and availability for parts and accessories
• Enter and confirm sales orders and shipping requirements
• Provide order updates, including shipping status and tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to expedite orders and resolve issues
• Assist customers with returns, repairs, and restocking requests
