Pay Rate: $19.70 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.



  • Prior warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across warehouse and office teams
  • Ability to work in all warehouse environments: dry, cooler, and freezer areas
  • Experience or willingness to operate warehouse equipment including:

    • EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack)
    • Sit-down forklift
    • Stand-up reach truck
    • Swing reach/turret truck


  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Accuracy & Cycle Counting



  • Review out-of-stock items and print item inquiries to initiate cycle counts
  • Verify shortages and confirm inventory accuracy through physical counts
  • Perform cycle counts based on manager requests, warehouse issues, or troubleshooting needs
  • Work toward completing full warehouse cycle count coverage as assigned


Adjustments & Inventory Corrections



  • Create On-Hand Adjustments (OHA) to correct inventory discrepancies and shortages
  • Process OHA for reported damaged goods from night shift operations
  • Identify and report inventory variances, including miscounts and system errors


Inbound & Put Away Review



  • Run daily inbound reports to identify incomplete put-away or staging activities
  • Locate missing pallets or uncompleted put-away items and ensure completion
  • Follow up on aging inbound inventory to ensure timely processing


Communication & Reporting



  • Monitor and respond to inventory-related emails throughout the day
  • Ensure all requests are completed by end of day unless received late in shift
  • Communicate findings such as near-expired products, inventory issues, or discrepancies to management
