• Evaluates opportunities to build referral sources for substance use disorder and addiction treatment.
• Communicates frequently with referral sources to ensure expectations are met.
• Educate potential referral sources on Trillium Place Services Business development and planning.
• Becomes proficient in all Trillium Place Services.
• Fosters relationships with organizations and businesses to generate referrals to receive substance use disorder and addiction treatment.
• Actively uses business development tools and dashboards to track data and referral sources.
• Assist with timely admissions into services.
