Temporary Project Support

Responsible for reviewing upcoming appointment schedules and supporting clinical documentation by accurately entering patient information such as allergies, medications, vaccines, social history, family history, and surgical history prior to visits. This role helps ensure providers are prepared for appointments. Remote work may be available.

Must be CNA, EMT or have medical terminology or clinical background
