You will play a pivotal role in shaping how data informs critical decision-making for high-visibility, global initiatives. This position is at the forefront of data innovation, moving beyond traditional dashboards to leverage advanced AI and Business Intelligence skills to build sophisticated analytical agents. Your work will directly influence strategic outcomes, delivering actionable insights that drive impact across product engineering and supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the development of end-to-end reporting solutions for key initiatives.

* Design and implement robust data ingestion processes, including user-managed files.

* Enrich raw data by applying complex business logic and transformation rules.

* Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to support comprehensive reporting and analytics needs.

* Collaborate closely with various engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

* Develop intuitive front-end dashboards using industry-leading visualization tools.

* Translate complex technical data concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

* Ensure the availability and accessibility of critical data for diverse teams.

* Drive projects forward independently, demonstrating strong ownership and initiative.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* Minimum 8 years of experience in a data analytics or data engineering role.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Experience with AI/BI tools for building analytical agents, including proficiency with specific generative AI development environments.

* Software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience.

* Proficiency in SQL and Python.

* Backend development or data engineering experience.

* Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

**Soft Skills:**

* Exceptional problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.

* Professionalism and strong business acumen.

* Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-savvy insights.

* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward.

* Passion for data storytelling and driving business impact.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Supply chain or manufacturing background.

* Tableau experience.

* Experience with Data Lakehouse platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).

* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.

* Background in sports analytics or event-based reporting.

* Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
