100% Remote - Any US based time zone Full Pay Range - $55-75/hr W2 depending on experience Description Our tech client is seeking a Change Manage for key Marketing Operations transformation programs which focuses specifically on Marketing Technology. Some examples include new Marketing Tech Builds, AEM/Workfront tool Adoption, AI, and CRM technology. This role ensures successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across marketing and cross-functional teams. This person will have the opportunity to develop and execute scalable change strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives. Assess impacts and drive readiness across people, process, technology, and data. Partner with program teams to embed change into project delivery. Lead stakeholder engagement, alignment, and executive communications. Design and deliver communications, training, and enablement resources. Track adoption, identify resistance, and drive sustained behavioral change. Build reusable frameworks and best practices to scale change across MOPs. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years in change management or transformation roles. Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs specifically for a Tech-based organization Prosci/Adkar certifications are a nice to have Proven experience implementing change strategies for Marketing Technology (ideally Adobe products) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.
