Responsibilities Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive Keysight's success by leading the design and development of cutting-edge new network visibility platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources Great opportunity to become a member of a well-respected and dynamic team and help lead the product direction for future product generations Lead all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release Lead a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields Qualifications BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience Strong skills and experience in people-management and development Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials Strong analytical problem solvingskills Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Careers Privacy Statement Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
