* Maintain safe, reliable and efficient operation of multiple production units simultaneously. * Adjust plant control variables and process equipment parameters to drive plant performance expectations. * Optimize plant performance by tracking performance data and implementing the best operating plan for all respective plants. * Assist with or lead starting and stopping of plant machinery and processes in a safe manner as dictated by operating conditions and business needs. * Troubleshoot the causes of plant operational issues and alarms, either directly or in conjunction with the local team, and take corrective actions. * Log all process changes, alarms, and communications with plants * Enter accurate and precise event logs in a timely manner. * Complete station rounds in a timely and efficient manner and take appropriate action if KPIs are outside range. * Accurately complete the station's Shift Summary Report. * Effectively complete shift changes by following shift change procedures to ensure thorough transfer of knowledge to the next shift * Review and release medical grade product per FDA regulations. * Complete all training and best practice assignments such as Learn Share, Master Control tasks, Progression, etc. * Additional responsibilities/qualifications for the following ROC Operator Roles: o Shift Lead- Overseeing ROC Operators and ROC Medical Release Clerk on shift to ensure procedures are being followed and business goals are being met o Coverage- Plant Coverage, ROC Shift Lead or ROC Operator Coverage- Flexibility to help wherever needed, including Field Assignments |
