The RoleWe are seeking a dependable, motivated Kitchen Support Associate to join our professional kitchen team. This role provides essential support with light food preparation, salad bar setup, basic stocking, snack bar help, and dishwashing. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in clean and organized work, and understands the importance of food safety and guest care. Your Impact Key Responsibilities* Perform light precook tasks including basic chopping, portioning, and prep work. * Set up, stock, and maintain the salad bar with fresh ingredients. * Assist with snack bar preparation, restocking, and upkeep. * Restock utensils and supplies: knives, forks, spoons, napkins, and related items. * Support light inventory tasks and general kitchen organization. * Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness of dish areas, prep stations, and backofhouse spaces. * Follow all sanitation and hygiene procedures. * Uphold the highest safety standards for guests and staff. What You'll Need Preferred Qualifications* Some experience in a kitchen, cafe, or food service environment is helpful but not required. * Onthejob training available. * Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks and stand for extended period Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday Temporary role: Start date ASAP - June 30th, 2026 The salary range for this role is $37,500.00 - $46,900.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
