Program Manager - Financial Services M&A **100% Remote** * A leading financial services organization is seeking experienced Program Managers to support a large-scale credit union merger and integration initiative. This is a high-visibility, enterprise-wide program that will significantly expand the organization's operational footprint and customer base. This role is ideal for hands-on, execution-focused Program Managers with direct financial services M&A experience who thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and are comfortable working closely with both business and technology leaders Key Responsibilities * Lead and execute enterprise-level merger and acquisition programs * Manage multiple workstreams across business units, technology, and operations * Partner closely with business, technology, and executive stakeholders * Build and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks * Drive business process mapping and integration activities * Deliver clear status reporting and executive communications * Identify and mitigate risks across cross-functional initiatives Required Qualifications * Expert-level Program Management experience in Financial Services or Banking * Direct M&A experience supporting financial institution mergers * Proven success managing technology or product implementation programs * Strong background in risk management and enterprise delivery * Demonstrated experience with business process mapping * Comfortable operating hands-on and driving execution Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
