We are seeking a Hardware Test Technician to support hardware validation and regulatory compliance testing of electronic systems and related products. This role is primarily labbased and suited for a highly detailoriented technician who excels in structured testing environments, works from defined procedures, and produces thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate has handson experience working in test or lab environments and is comfortable executing exact, repeatable tests aligned with recognized compliance standards. This role offers growth opportunities as testing processes evolve and expand.

• Perform hardware validation and agency compliance testing on electronic systems and components
• Execute testing aligned with applicable regulatory and industry standards (e.g., safety, electrical, RF)
• Follow defined test procedures precisely and update test cases as required
• Use laboratory test equipment to conduct functional, validation, and compliance assessments

• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of test environments, equipment, and infrastructure
• Assist with the development, setup, and execution of custom test fixtures
• Ensure test environments are properly prepared and available according to project schedules
• Support unique test setups, including 2D and 3D fixture configurations

• Operate and maintain a variety of test equipment, including:
  
  
  
  • Digital Multimeters (DMM)
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Programmable Power Supplies
  • Signal Generators
  • Spectrum Analyzers
  
  
  
  
• Receive onthejob training for specialized equipment, including RF test instrumentation

• Document test results, observations, and data with high accuracy and repeatability
• Track, report, and verify defects to ensure issues are fully characterized and reproducible
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to test procedures, results, and compliance activities
• Support training documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

• Work closely with engineering and testing teams in a collaborative lab environment
• Participate in special projects and evolving test initiatives as needed
• Provide feedback to improve testing workflows and documentation standards

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience OR
• Completion of a 2year technical training program or Associate's degree
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or engineeringrelated trade programs preferred
• Prior experience working in a lab or test environment is strongly preferred
