Pay Rate: $22.94 - $29.96 per hour (Based on Experience)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What Fuels Success Here:

• Vocational training in machining, tool & die, or equivalent experience required
• Complete working knowledge of tool and die maintenance operations required
• Journeyman's card preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience with CAD and CNC programming tools (AutoCAD, MasterCAM, conversational programming, etc.)
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and precision measurement skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and tooling issues
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

What You'll Be Doing

• Interpret and work from complex blueprints, technical drawings, and die specifications
• Set up and operate mechanically controlled and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts
• Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling to meet strict quality standards
• Utilize CAD software to design and modify parts and components as needed
• Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues and develop effective solutions
• Operate machining equipment including lathes, grinders, CNC machines, and related tools
• Apply strong mathematical and analytical skills to ensure precision and accuracy
• Continuously problem-solve to improve tooling performance and manufacturing outcomes
• Follow all safety procedures and plant operational standards
