The Opportunity

Ulteig is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Intern to join our Helpdesk team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure in a dynamic business environment. You'll play an essential role in resolving technical issues, assisting with system setups, and supporting daily IT operations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, time management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Do



  • Provide first-level support for computer, network, phone, and software issues
  • Perform logical analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software problems
  • Support new computer installations and maintenance of existing systems
  • Assist with software installation, primarily on the Microsoft Platform
  • Set up and maintain printers and peripheral devices
  • Collaborate with Systems Administrators to complete tasks and projects
  • Perform duties related to file and print sharing across the network

What We Expect from You



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Previous Help Desk experience (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Platform, including Windows XP/7/8.1/10, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012R2, Exchange 2010, Microsoft Office (2010/2013)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); additional software knowledge related to your area of specialization is a plus
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Must be able to work full-time during Summer 2026
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $22-24/hr.
