Job Overview
Hubbell is expanding it's Systems Control business in Oklahoma City and is looking for a Production Supervisor to become part of our Integrated Substations Solution business. As a Production Supervisor, you will be in on a ground floor opportunity to build out a new production team in our world-class manufacturing facility. This is 1st shift, on-site position working Monday to Friday. You will oversee the production process in a manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining safety protocols and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage and motivate a team. This role will be based in Oklahoma City, but will train extensively at Systems Control's main facility in Iron Mountain, Michigan during the first 6 - 9 months. The company will reimburse travel expenses during this training period.
