Responsibilities
Valle Vista Health System is currently seeking compassionate Nurses to provide care to patients in our newly opened Women's Program. Our Women's Restorative Care Unitis a gender-responsive, trauma-informed program designed to address the unique psychiatric and addiction care needs of women. Thewomen'sunit accommodatesup to 30 patients, over the age of 18, who are admitted for psychiatric or addiction treatment. All staff who work on the unit receive additionaltraining specific to the healthcare needs of women. Women enrolled in the program will work with an inter-disciplinary team comprisedof psychiatry and addiction care providers, general medical providers, licensed dietician, certified recreational therapist, master's level clinicians, registered nurses, and certified recovery coaches. Our Women's Restorative Care Unit is an inpatient unit focused on addressing the behavioral health needs of women. It is a safe and supportive place where healing beginsand hope is renewed. We are dedicated to restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit through compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to women's unique needs.
