About the Role

Culmen International, LLC is hiring for a General IT Support to provide professional general IT services in support of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Director for Administration (DFA), Deputy DFA, and Director for Resource Management.

The position is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

As part of a government manned and led IT team:

    Assist in monitoring, open, assign, update, and close command trouble tickets in up to four (4) separate ticketing systems (Daily).
  • Assist in installing command desktop software and provide customer desktop support for Windows, Apple IOS and various Linux distributions workstations (Weekly).
  • Assist in coordinating with hardware technicians and software administrators when Level 2 or Level 3 support is required (Weekly).
  • Assist in the command's compliance and implementation of Cybersecurity Certificate to Operate (CTO) processes (Daily).
  • Assist in maintaining command software licensing records and deploy software packages as required (Monthly).
  • Assist in tracking all command IT requests through the appropriate trouble ticketing system (Daily).


Required Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in information technology services.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Qualify for CAC issuance and IT access.
  • Comply with Cybersecurity and Security protocols per DoDM 5200.2.
  • Comply with recurring Operations Security (OPSEC) training requirements.
