About the Role

Culmen International, LLC is hiring for a Records and Forms Management Administrative support to provide professional administrative services in support of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Director for Administration (DFA), Deputy DFA, and Director for Resource Management.

The position is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

    National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and DoN policies (Daily).
  • Manage the command's Records and Forms Management programs, ensuring compliance with DoD and DoN directives (Weekly).
  • Monitor and analyze command records programs to ensure proper retention, maintenance, and disposal (Weekly).
  • Draft command plans, policies, and procedures for local Records Management and Forms Management programs (Monthly).
  • Advise DFA, Deputy DFA, and all editors of command files/records, and publications/instructions on record keeping requirements (Monthly).
  • Schedule and conduct records and forms management committee meetings as required by DoN policy and instructions (Quarterly).
  • Review, track, and update NAMRU-D forms, ensuring compliance with Navy Forms Online (Quarterly).
  • Train command personnel on records and forms management (Quarterly).
  • Track and maintain command File Plans and conduct annual Records Management surveys (Annually).
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of a SOP for the records and forms management program, subject to final government approval (Annually).


Required Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Associate degree in business and a clerical field with two (2) years' experience or documented administrative experience of four (4) years or greater.
  • Proficient in basic office functions and records management.
  • Experience in supporting staff at a major corporation or military command.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral communication and written skills.
  • Displays discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent with computer software, including the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Qualify for CAC issuance and IT access.
  • Comply with Cybersecurity and Security protocols per DoDM 5200.2.
  • Comply with recurring Operations Security (OPSEC) training requirements.
