The position will be in Bellevue, WA.

• Testing and Debugging: Test applications thoroughly, including AI features, to identify and resolve bugs or performance issues.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including AI model descriptions and usage guidelines.
• Learning and Development: Continuously upgrade skills related to AI frameworks, tools, and algorithms.
• Maintenance and Support: Help troubleshoot issues in AI-enabled applications and assist in updating models as needed.
• Participate in our Agile practices, including daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives
• Participate in job and department specific duties and processes as assigned
• Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems related to internal applications and software

• Knowledge of AI methodologies such as GitHub Copilot, RAG etc.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming and software design methodologies.
• Ability to develop applications in C#, .NET (including ASP.NET), HTML5, Java-Script, and SQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, customer support environment, and with all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's Degree in Progress pursuing one of the following degrees: Information Systems,Computer Science, or other related programs.
• Junior or senior standing preferred
